  Always an insane line at ATM or inside.

  I love Chase bank, have been with them for all of my adult life, and some high school years ha! However this particular branch.. yikes. Was sent here from a different location because they have the ability to print debit cards, I stood in line and waited for almost 15 minutes as the tellers socialized and joked with regulars about weekend plans and what not. Finally got up the counter and she says she can't help I need to wait on a banker, there are 3 other people waiting ahead of me. We sit there for about 30 minutes for someone who is just standing around, I don't know if he's security or what... to ask what we were waiting on, Most of us all waiting on the same thing. He gives us this look explaining that the machine just went down, and they have to wait for a technician to come out. I was going out of town, drove about 35 minutes to get there, so I was not leaving empty handed, asked for an ATM card so i can access my money somehow and requested that they order me a new card. The banker could tell I was annoyed and began explaining that theres a protocol for the other store to call and make sure the machine is actually working, and they didn't - basically shifting blame so that I was not upset with her. I explained that this didn't matter, simply complete my request so that I could leave. They begin to tell me about other branches, not realizing they are the only location that prints debit cards on spot, not to mention attempted to send me to the closed location in EMU. seriously had I not been informed that the CHASE in EMU had been replaced by a credit union I would've taken another 30 - 40 minute drive, for work avoidance by uninformed employees. I won't leave chase for this absurd customer service, but I'll be sure never to visit this branch unless it is my last resort.

  Went in at about 10:30 line was kind if long. That wasnt a problem they have rushes understandable. Get to the counter and am told I have to talk to a banker about my situation ok that's fine. Waited 20 minutes for someone to come and tell me that they will be with me soon. Then waited another 25 minutes no one came out. That's just unacceptable.

  The clerks here sre accurate and attentive. The management, business bankers and personal bankers are focused on the customer. I always get fine service here. Convenient access though traffic is a difficulty during rush hour.
